Book
Book and pay to secure your Expertible on your chosen date. You will be asked to give an outline of your problem. Most consultations cost £145 (inc VAT) for a review of the information you provide and 45 minute video call.
Share
Complete your Consultation preparation by sending us supporting information and photographs as required. By also completing your “Property Profile” with more general information about your home, it helps your Expertible understand the property they are advising on; this is helpful especially if you have a number of projects and consultations planned. Your Expertible may also ask for additional information if required prior to your consultation.
Prepare
Be ready for your video session. We recommend using a mobile/tablet, which will enable you to switch the device camera to show the expert the issue where appropriate. Check your Wi-Fi or internet signal extended to all areas where you wish to show your Expertible.
Connect
Simply log into the Expertible portal and you’ll be guided to join the video call with your Expertible via on screen prompts. A 5-minute count-down timer will appear on your screen before your consultation time. When this timer reaches zero a button will appear to join your Expertible on screen. The video calls are carried out within the platform, there are no links to third party software.
Reflect
You’ll be able to watch back the recording of your consultation and your Expertible has the ability to send you follow up information if required. You can also easily re-book with the same Expertible for repeat consultations directly from your Consultation Log.
